Anybody in the area that could see the light,  could cause headaches or blurred vision.
Making sure the model does not look directly into the lights and making sure the lights are not on too strong. Make sure that there is the minimal amount of people in the area around the light.
Making sure the light was turned off as soon as the photo's were taken to decrease the risk of people looking directly into the light by an accident.
